air fryer bang bang salmon bowls with salmon bites, cucumber, carrots, green beans, green onions, and tri-color quinoa all with a bright sauce

There's nothing better than a bowl loaded with nutrients, topped with a delicious sauce.

My husband and I have salmon every single week since it’s great for glowing skin, healthy hearts, and balanced hormones. It’s a nutrient-dense protein option that can be mixed and matched in so many ways. But since I do make it so often, I’m always coming up with variations to keep things fun and lively. And that’s exactly why this week’s recipe is Air fryer bang bang salmon bowls.

This crispy air-fried salmon, coated in a sweet & spicy sauce, pairs beautifully with fluffy tri-color quinoa, roasted vegetables, and slices of bright green cucumber. Topped with a herbs, extra seasoning, and of course a drizzle of sauce, this 30-minute meal has become a new favorite.

Even if you don’t have an air-fryer, you can still make this omega-3-rich salmon bowl in the oven.
