Cashew cookie protein balls
Looking for a sweeter option? These cashew cookie protein balls are crunchy, creamy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients (12 protein balls)
16 Tbsp oat flour (ground rolled oats)
2 scoops collagen powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup almond butter
4 Tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs in the mixing bowl.
In the bowl, add in oat flour, collagen powder, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
Add in the almond butter, water, vanilla extract, and honey.
Mix well until a thick dough forms. If too dry, add 1–2 tsp more water.
Roll into 12 protein balls and enjoy!
Pro Tip: These can last in the fridge for up to 1 week. Be sure to store them in an air-tight container.
