Dark chocolate chip cookie dough protein balls
Craving something sweet? These Dark chocolate chip cookie dough protein balls are a great option with the sugar crash!
Ingredients (8 - 10 protein balls)
6 Tbsp of almond butter

1/4 cup almond flour
3 Tbsp water
10 dark chocolate chips

Instructions
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients (protein powder, almond flour) together.
Mix in almond butter and stir until combined into a dough like form. Add in water to support the dough formation.
Separate the dough and roll into balls.
Place a dark chocolate chip on top of each ball.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Enjoy a few of these balls for breakfast paired with fruit or as an afternoon snack!
Pro Tip: If you aren’t a fan of almond butter, you can swap this for any other type of nut butter including peanut butter or cashew butter.
