Happy Saturday! I hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful weather this week and fill up a bit of your free time with something great! Some of my favorite memories from this week are an impromptu coffee date with a friend, discovering a new walking trail, and finishing the kitchen renovation!!
After an intense Pilates workout, my friend and I popped into a cute little coffee shop by the studio. Immediately when I walked in, I was reminded of the time I spent in Switzerland. From the photo-ready pastries to the warm sunlight radiating through the windows and the rich flavor of espresso, this new find is the real deal! Discovering something new or stepping out of your routine is a great way to support your brain health. My other discovery consisted of a new trail that was lined with gorgeous trees where the greenery paired so beautifully with the bright blue of the sky. If you are looking to lower your stress and calm your mind, may I recommend finding a beautiful walking trail near you! Finally - and maybe the most exciting (actually, yes, definitely the most exciting) part of this week was wrapping up the kitchen renovation project. While I have to give most of the credit to my husband, Will, I am so thankful to have this project finished! If you have been following along on Instagram, you know this kitchen has come a long way. Your environment shapes you, so it was important to me that the kitchen felt clean and organized to support me in developing creative, delicious, and healthy recipes. Speaking of recipes, let’s hop into the details of this week’s menu.
“grace & greens is a resource I use to make healthy eating easier. I know that I can trust her recipes to not only be good for me but also tasty and delicious. I recommend grace & greens to everyone interested in creating a healthier lifestyle.”
