Happy Saturday! I hope you enjoyed your short week and got some time to relax this past Memorial Day Weekend. I greatly enjoyed spending time with family and celebrating my cousin’s graduation.

Though I love traveling and spending time with loved ones, getting back into routine after a few days can be tough. Whether it be cooking healthy meals at home, going to bed at a reasonable hour, or getting movement in throughout the day, it takes a minute before habits kick back in. I struggled this week with having motivation to go to the gym. Though I have been loving going to the strength & conditioning class at my local rock climbing gym, it doesn’t happen every day. To help my body get back into the routine, I took long walks with Korra (my dog) around the neighborhood and leveraged YouTube videos at the gym to guide me through. Some of my favorite online instructors are Yoga with Adriene and Grow with Anna, which both offer lots of free content.

Though feeling unmotivated, I always felt great after incorporating my daily movement! It was such a good reminder that sometimes doing the thing we don’t feel like doing in the moment can actually support us well and make us feel good!

What is one routine you are trying to start or get back into again? Feel free to reply directly to this newsletter or share your thoughts in the comments!

Let me help you get back into the rhythm of cooking healthy & delicious meals at home with this week’s meal plan, grocery list, and prep guide - so you can feel good too.

“I recently discovered Grace’s Meal Plans. She’s done the pre-work to put together a week of healthy, easy-to-follow recipes with a grocery list and a prep guide. The prep guide even tells you which foods to prep on Sunday, and how to complete the meal each day of the week so you don’t even have to think about it! Mental energy is preserved. 🧠

Of course, I still had to cook, but it wasn’t overwhelming because all of the mental work was done for me. And I don’t have to be “on” in the kitchen every day of the week. I took advantage of a higher-energy day today, used Instacart to deliver my groceries, and followed Grace’s Guide to prep some healthy food for the week.”
