a healthy menu for the week with gluten-free and dairy-free recipes, an organized grocery list, and steps to prep

Hello to my home chefs! And happy Saturday! I’m writing to you after just returning from a spontaneous run to the thrift store. With a rush of creativity and a few thoughts on how I can make an even more enjoyable experience when we gather around the table, I had to go check out what I could find.

From a simple tan table runner with white thread around the edge to a variety of vases and ceramics in various colors (plus some books for reading later), I left feeling excitement for the next meal!

Though it can be quite easy to look at each meal as another to-do on your checklist, the whole experience of cooking and eating could be so much more. From nourishing your body with quality ingredients to building connections with family and friends around the table, cooking is an opportunity to nourish your whole life! 1
