One thing about me: if there are lettuce wraps on the menu, I’m going to order them. They are often loaded with protein and veggies, then drizzled with a delightful sauce, making for a very refreshing meal.
Instead of making a separate sauce, we use the delicious juices from the bake — flavors of coconut, sesame, ginger, garlic, and miso combine together for a yummy sweet & savory topping to go right over the lettuce wraps.
The baked miso chicken and veggies cook for just under 30 minutes, and assembly takes less than 5 minutes. These gluten-free miso chicken lettuce wraps pair beautifully with Jasmine rice for a nourishing and balanced meal.
