Savory chicken sausage breakfast bowl

A high-protein, savory breakfast bowl of chicken sausage & eggs with some added greens for extra nutrients!
Ingredients for the base (4 servings)
1 pack chicken meatballs
1/2 carton eggs
1 bag mixed greens
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
hot sauce (optional)
avocado (optional)
Utensils & Appliances
medium frying pan & spatula
spatula
knife and cutting board
Instructions
In a frying pan, add olive oil and place on medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the mixed greens to the pan. Stir them for a couple of minutes until they wilt down, and then push them to the side of the pan.
Crack the eggs directly into the pan on the cleared side. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to scramble and cook them evenly.
While the eggs cook, slice the chicken meatballs and toss them into the pan with the eggs. Stir everything together to mix the flavors.
Wash and slice avocado right before serving.
To enjoy, assemble the bowl with the chicken sausage & egg mixture, and top with sliced avocado & hot sauce. Enjoy!
Pro Tip: Always wash your avocados before cutting into them. To save avocado for the next day, keep the pit in the part you want to preserve and place in an air tight container in the fridge.
