Your brain is your biggest asset, are you leveraging it enough?

Your brain is always working for you - even when you don’t realize it. What if you could harness that power to achieve your goals? It’s constantly working behind the scenes, shaping your beliefs and habits. What if you could train it to work in your favor? We consume information and our brains look for patterns to either to confirm or deny whether that information is true. Constantly this works day in and day out, with everything, whether we are aware of it or not.

Have you ever had something that you really wanted? Maybe it is to be a healthier person who works out more? Maybe it was to write a book so you can tell your story. Maybe it is to wake up earlier so you can get more done before your kids wake up.

Whatever the thing is that you really want, I bet you that you can get it by using your brain. I know…. it sounds a little silly. I’ll give you an example of what I did to leverage the patterns in my mind to be able to start writing in the first place.
