Meal Prep Tips
Smoothie prep: Peel your bananas, cut them in half, and place them in a ziplock bag or container. Put them in the freezer for smoothies each morning.
Veggie cutting prep: Slice peppers, zucchini, squash, and onions without washing them ahead of time. Place them in individual containers for easy cooking later this week. (don’t worry, you will wash them on the day that you prepare the meal)
Veggie washing and peeling prep: Wash and peel the carrots and the potatoes. For the carrots, continue peeling them into ribbons and place them in a container. For the potatoes, continue with the recipe for your first dinner.
Grains prep: Rinse and make the quinoa for Wednesday’s dinner. Once cooked, place it in a container and add it to the fridge.
Snack prep: Make your brownie bites and add the brownie bites to the fridge to snack on all week.
