I love this triple berry breakfast bowl, packed with antioxidants and complex carbohydrates from the fruit, a healthy fat from the nut butter and toppings, and protein from the vanilla protein powder. Mix and match to make this your own, but either way, fuel your body with breakfast to start your day off right!
Ingredients for the base (per 1 serving)
2 Tbsp nut butter

3 Tbsp water
[Optional: Greek yogurt or chia pudding to the base]
Ingredients for the toppings
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions
In a bowl, mix the protein powder, water, and nut butter.
