Happy Saturday! Keeping on-theme with a seasonally inspired menu, this week’s meal plan is all about summer colors and incorporating creativity in our everyday lives. With vibrant green zucchini, butter-yellow squash, and roaring red bell peppers, there are so many ways to decorate a colorful summer dish. Some of the dishes utilize spices like turmeric to naturally color ingredients on the plate.

Speaking of creativity, I am a firm believer that everyone has the ability to be creative, but you have to be intentional about tapping into the mindset. Recently, I’ve been playing around with drawing and writing all of my notes and ideas down on paper before using a computer. Doodles, random connections, and new ideas have all come from this new practice because my brain is able to slow down and truly be creative.
