Happy Saturday! My top three favorites from this week included doing yoga for my daily movement, starting Carley Fortune’s new summer read, and heading out of town to spend time with our dear friends before attending a wedding.

I have been reflecting a lot on the idea of progress over perfection lately. You may have read my recent blog on the topic or seen a glimpse of my story on social media, but I believe it is key to achieving your goals with patience and gratitude. Whether you are working towards living a healthier life, building a successful career, growing a family, or something else, it’s important to show gratitude for the progress that happens. You have the power to show up every day, and do a little better than the day before. This is something that is celebrated in the practice of yoga - showing up and holding a pose a little longer than the day before.

What would it look like for you to celebrate progress on a goal you are currently working toward? Reply directly to this newsletter or let me know in the comments!
